Where is your store located?

We are online only at this time but with your continued support we'll hopefully have a physical location in the future.

How can I order?

You can order online from this site or if you would rather, via phone from the number at the bottom of the page.

What can I order?

You may order all items shown in our online catalog. If you would like to order an item that is not found in our website, please email or reach out on any of our social media locations for pricing and availability.

All pricing shown is in Canadian dollars.


What if something doesn’t fit or I change my mind?

You are welcome to return or exchange any items purchased from Orillia Fishing. The products must be returned in the same condition they were received in. In original unopened/undamaged packaging. Clothing must be unworn and in the original packaging. Shoes must be unworn and in the original box. Orillia Fishing will only refund the product cost. All shipping fees, return shipping fees and taxes incurred will be your responsibility.

Delivery times

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Please allow 1-3 business days for ground delivery in Ontario. Out of province deliveries orders please allow 4-7 business days. Weekends and holidays will delay shipment. Some restrictions may apply. We ship Canada Post but will sometimes use canpar for larger or heavier items such a rods, trolling motors or ice shelters. We always look to make the shipping as little as possible. In most cases $10.00 for small packages and $20-$30 for oversize ones such as 1 piece rods and heavier items.

Every order that leaves the store has a shipping tracking number attached to it  , you will be sent an email with that  tracking number, if you do not receive this email check your junk mail box as the email may get filtered there. 

Some products are shipped directly from our sister store on Amazon and will come directly from an Amazon warehouse - usually with free shipping. 

How long will it take for an order to be delivered to a foreign country?

At this time, only orders to the U.S. are being excepted and most deliveries are delivered in 10-20 business days. 

Who is responsible for import fees, duties and other charges?

Any order shipped across an international border may be subjected to duties and or customs charges by the importing country.  These charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

What types of payment methods are accepted?

We currently only accept Visa and MasterCard as forms of payment online.

Warranty/Return Information

What kind of warranty/returns do you offer?

Rods, Reels, Electronics and other Merchandise

After 30 days from the purchase date, all electronics that are covered by the manufacturer's warranty need to be returned to the manufacturer.

Rods and reels need to be returned to the manufacturer for replacement or repair under warranty after 30 days from date purchase.

Footwear Warranty

All brands of boots, shoes and waders have a one (1) year warranty. We cannot accept any returns older than one year. This warranty is void if the items are in an abused or misused condition and does not cover "normal wear and tear."

Can I change/add to my order after it has been submitted?

We want you to have your order as soon as possible, so we begin processing it almost immediately after it is placed. Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to make changes to the order. Please review your order very carefully prior to clicking on the final submit order button. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Item Availability

How can I tell if an item is out of stock?

The product offered online will have a low stock or out of stock next to the item. Different weights or sizes will be grayed out as well.

Credit Card Charges

Why was my credit card charged before the merchandise was shipped?

Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. Billing/ Shipping address. In order for your order to be shipped the credit card billing address must match the shipping address found for your card. All orders that do not meet this criteria will be declined.

Rebate Forms

Rebate forms will not be mailed with all products. If you did not receive your mail-in rebate form with your order, you may print off a copy online.

Online Security

Orillia Fishing uses the most advanced form of online security available for all the personal information you enter on our website. This ensures that your online shopping experience is both user-friendly and completely secure. HTTP(S) means the site uses a secure encrypted server gateway  (Geo Trust Global) and VeriSign SSL validation. You pay for your purchase in the Orillia Fishing site and are not forwarded to a 3rd party billing group .


Customer Information

Do you share my personal information with other companies?

No absolutely not! None of your personal information is ever shared with any other company. We have taken extreme measure to protect all our customers information. Orillia Fishing will occasionally send you offers and news if you provide an email address. 

Why does the status of my order say "Pending"?

Once an order has been submitted for processing the order status will show "Pending". This will stay in a pending status until the order has shipped from our shipping department.  

Every order that leaves the warehouse, gets a shipping tracking number attached to it. You will be sent an email with that tracking number, if you do not receive this email check your junk mail box as the email may get delivered there. 

Pricing and Specifications

Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction. Not all products are available in all areas due to country, province, or local laws.

We reserve the right to limit product quantities. All prices quoted in CDN Currency.

When I am inquiring about my order what information do I need to include?

Include your name, address and phone number. If you know your customer number and order number please include that also.

Are you a REAL RETAIL STORE or just an E-Commerce site?

We are currently an online only store with big dreams of being a "real retail store"! We are physically located in Orillia, Ontario. We are dedicated to taking care of our customers and very Canadian Proud.
